Quick setup

  1. Open Racoon and finish (or skip) the short guide.
  2. Action Button or Back Tap → open Racoon.
  3. Add the Clock widget; clear noisy icons from page one.
  4. Pro: Block apps → allow Screen Time → pick apps.

Free vs Racoon Pro

Free: gate, pause, Phone / Messages / Maps / Mail, Put it away, Automatic theme, Clock widget.

Pro (auto-renewable; 7-day trial if eligible; prices shown in the App Store): blocking, camera, scratchpad, login codes, themes/typefaces, weekly stats, Pro widgets.

Manage subscription

  1. Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
  2. Select Racoon Pro → cancel or change
  3. Restore: Settings → Racoon Pro → Restore purchases

Troubleshooting

Paywall plans didn’t load

Need network the first time products appear. Try Restore purchases. Confirm App Store region and that you’re signed in.

Blocking stopped working

Open Racoon once, check Screen Time still allows Racoon, confirm Pro is active, re-select apps under Lock settings.

Camera blocked

Settings → Racoon → Camera.

Messages / Mail won’t pick a contact

Racoon uses Apple’s system contact picker (no separate Contacts permission). Make sure the contact has a phone number or email, then try the picker again.
